4. Cookie Management and Refusal

4.1 Users may, at any time, accept or refuse the use of cookies. Consent or refusal may be given to certain types of cookies, or against all cookies. Moreover, Users may also change their initial choices at any time. However, refusal to use some or all cookies may alter or even prevent Users' access to, navigation of and/or benefit from the Website’s features and services.

4.2 Users can manage the use of cookies from their Internet browser using the appropriate settings. Browser settings can block either all cookies or certain specific cookies. In the same way, Users may also delete the cookies deposited on their connection terminals. However, blocking all cookies or removing some or all cookies may alter or even prevent access to, navigation of and/or benefits from the Website’s features and services upon the Users’ next login.

4.3 The procedures for configuring and/or deleting cookies vary depending on the Internet browser and/or the connection terminal employed by the User. To this end, Dolead invites Users to consult the “Help” menu of their Internet browser, assuming they are using the most commonly used Internet browsers, by clicking on the following links:

Each browser allows Users, in principle, to configure it so that cookies or types of cookies can be systematically accepted or refused, depending on the nature of their issuers or the type of connection terminal. Choosing the “Do Not Track” option or any other private navigation method does not systematically prevent the use of targeting or advertising cookies.

4.4 The access to, navigation and use of features and services on the Website may result in cookies being deposited and/or read by third parties that use social networks, in particular Facebook. These operators are likely to identify Users, where appropriate, even when no interaction is generated with social media operators, particularly if their accounts opened with them were activated on the connection terminal used. Dolead has no control over cookies that may be used by these social media operators and, in any case, is not able to read them. Dolead invites Users to familiarise themselves with the Privacy Policies and/or the Cookies Usage Charters implemented by the aforementioned operators.

4.5 Dolead may not be liable, in any way whatsoever, for the alteration or impossibility of accessing, browsing and/or benefiting from the Website’s features and services as a result of Users’ choices regarding cookies. However, Dolead invites Users to contact them by email at dpo@dolead.com or by post at DPO Dolead, 3 rue de Gramont 75002 Paris (France) with any cookie-related questions. In addition, Users can consult the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) page dedicated to the configuration of the parameters of the main Internet browsers by clicking on the following link: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/cookies-les-outils-pour-les-maitriser.
